The NayaJahan Barter is a collective initiative by SunSicilia srls, specifically designed for talented individuals from Pakistan who seek to make Italy their second home. We believe that expertise and hard work are as valuable as capital.
Our Mission
We are establishing a model farmstead in Mussomeli. By purchasing and cultivating agricultural land, we create a self-sustaining ecosystem. The earnings generated from this land serve a dual purpose: enabling our partners to purchase their own homes and providing meaningful employment for local Italians.
The Barter Opportunity
Moving to a new country is a significant investment. To make this dream affordable, we have reimagined the path to Italy:

Reduced Initial Cost: Instead of the standard €6,000 consultation fee, members of this project pay only €2,000.

The Barter System: The remaining balance is settled through your skills. By contributing your expertise to the development and maintenance of the NayaJahan farmstead, you “earn” your way toward residency and homeownership.
